Fred Pritchard is an architecture and town planning, skills which have frequently enabled Fred to visualise and achieve developments others would not even have dreamt of. The Cannock area is a testament to this - containing many of Fred's iconic buildings. Fred is often referred to as the King of Cannock because of the large number of developments in the Cannock area he facilitated particularly during last twenty years after the demise of the mines. Former president of the Chamber of Commerce (twice), member of Cannock Rotary Club and President of the Bridgtown and Great Wyrley Historic Associations as well as being an honorary member of various local associations. Fred is also on the board of the Cannock Town Centre Partnership. Fred's hobbies include shooting, fishing and golf.
Sarah Pritchard
is a solicitor who has worked in or been associated with the Cannock area for nearly 50 years. She was Managing Partner of a local firm with 7 offices and 140 staff but more recently has concentrated her efforts on managing Fred!! Her attention to detail, organisational, IT skills and pragmatic attitude compliment the visionary skills of Fred.
